1. Who we are

Manuals Outlet is an online store at manuals-outlet.com that sells digital equipment manuals. You can contact us at manualsoutlet@gmail.com.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Your purchase contract is with the seller identified above, not with Shopify.

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital documents. No physical item is shipped. The product page describes the manual offered, including its model coverage, document contents, language and file format where specified. Please check these details before placing an order. If you need a particular diagram, repair procedure or machine variant and the description does not confirm it, email us before purchasing.

Product images are provided to help identify a document. The contents of a manual may vary by product. We will correct material errors in product descriptions when we become aware of them.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Before you pay, the checkout shows the price and any applicable taxes. You can review your order before submitting it. An order is completed after payment has been accepted and we have confirmed it. We may contact you if an item cannot be supplied as described or there is an obvious pricing error; in that case, we will offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Please provide a working email address at checkout so that we can send order and download information. Payment is processed using the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Digital delivery

After successful payment, access to the digital file is normally provided through the order confirmation page and/or a download email. Delivery is usually prompt, although payment checks or email delays may occasionally affect timing. There is no postage, courier delivery or tracking number for a digital order.

If you cannot find or open the file, check your spam folder and contact manualsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number and product name. We will help restore access or address a delivery problem. Further details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, an exception to that right can apply only where the legal conditions are met, including the consumer's prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of the right, and the required confirmation. Simply accepting these Terms does not by itself waive a statutory right of withdrawal.

Our Refund Policy describes how we handle requests involving an incorrect, incomplete, defective or inaccessible file, or an accidental duplicate order. That policy and these Terms do not limit rights that consumers have under applicable law. To request help, cancellation or a refund, email manualsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

6. Problems with digital content

If the file does not match its description, is incomplete or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can investigate and provide a working or correct file where possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a correction, price reduction or refund. We do not exclude mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content.

7. Use of the manuals

Buying a digital manual does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property in that manual. Do not redistribute or resell the file without permission from the relevant rights holder. Brand and model names are used to identify the equipment covered by a document; their owners retain their respective rights.

8. Website use

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Links to third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. If a part of the website is temporarily unavailable, contact us if that prevents access to a purchased file.

9. Privacy

Information about how personal data is collected and used is available in our Privacy Policy. We use the information you provide at checkout to process your order, deliver the digital content and assist with support requests.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version available when you place an order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you. Nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under mandatory consumer law.
