What currency are the prices do I see in the site?


All prices are in EUR.

I just placed an order — when will I receive it?


Because this is a digital product, there’s no shipping. Your download link is delivered immediately after payment (usually within a few minutes) to the email address used at checkout and/or becomes available on the order confirmation page.

If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, please:

  1. Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders

  2. Search your inbox for “Manuals Outlet” or “download”

  3. Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct

Still nothing? Email us at manualsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend the download link.

I am not in love with my order — can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Because this is a digital download, there’s nothing to ship back.

If the file is defective (e.g., corrupted, won’t open, incomplete, or it’s not the manual shown on the product page), contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will:

  1. Fix the issue by sending a new download link / correct file, or

  2. If we can’t resolve it, provide a full refund.

To get help, email manualsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue (screenshots help).

Please note: refunds are not provided for digital purchases if you simply change your mind after downloading, since the content is delivered instantly.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel as long as the download link has not been delivered/used yet. Digital orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel, email us immediately at manualsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number.
If the file has already been delivered or downloaded, we can’t cancel the order, but if there’s a problem with the file (wrong manual, corrupted PDF, missing pages), we’ll fix it or refund as described in our refund policy.

I entered an incorrect email address — what do I do now?

No worries — for digital products, the most important “delivery address” is your email.

If you typed the wrong email at checkout, email us at manualsoutlet@gmail.com within 24 hours with:

  • your order number

  • the correct email address

If your order is already delivered to the wrong email, we’ll still help verify the purchase and resend the download link to the correct address when possible.

How long does delivery take?
